I recently moved to San Francisco and joined the Evolvable Systems Group at NASA's Ames Research Center. I recently wrapped up my Masters in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where I had been working as as the lead electrical engineer for the Robotic Life Group at the MIT Media Lab.

I'm pretty much always working on building something. This website describes a few of my favorite projects from the past few years, though it's a little out of date since I've been busy getting settled in my new home. When I'm not building or designing, you can usually find me reading up on theory of any sort, listening to downtempo electronica, cooking or eating tasty food, or hiking (as in this picture, taken in Wales).
