Is there transportation to and from airport?  Groups arriving at same time to share cab?
No, the hotel does not provide airport shuttle service to & from the airport. However, there is a Airport Express service which can be utilized.


Are activities scheduled for evenings of 21st and 22nd?
No, there are activities planned for evening of April 19 & 20 only.
